1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and vb8com ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the vb8com website, mobile interface, and any associated applications. 1.1 Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on vb8com, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• You are accessing vb8com of your own free will and for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party when depositing or wagering funds.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of vb8com or any affiliated company.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from any gambling platform or had an account closed for fraudulent activity.
• You are not diagnosed with or currently receiving treatment for a gambling addiction unless you have obtained written clearance from a qualified professional and informed vb8com accordingly.

2.1 Jurisdiction Responsibility

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of vb8com services — including depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful, accurate, and up to date. vb8com reserves the right to close any account where it discovers that information provided is materially false, misleading, or incomplete. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated through an account opened with false information are void and will be forfeited without recourse.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vb8com will close the duplicate account(s), void all associated bonuses and wagering activity, and may close the primary account at its discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vb8com will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify vb8com immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. vb8com will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your residential address, email address, or payment method changes, you must update your account profile promptly. vb8com may require re-verification of updated details before processing withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on vb8com are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. vb8com does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which vb8com accepts no liability.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account verification status and the limits stated in the Banking section of your account dashboard. High-value withdrawals may require enhanced KYC documentation.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your vb8com account instantly in the majority of cases. In rare instances, network delays may cause a processing time of up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your account after 60 minutes, contact vb8com support via live chat with the transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours for standard requests submitted to mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card-based withdrawals via Visa or Mastercard may take 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC completion and compliance checks.

4.4 Funds Ownership

You may only deposit and wager funds that belong to you legally. Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal means is strictly prohibited. vb8com cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions where legally required.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

vb8com offers a variety of bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to registered players. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for vb8com bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• vb8com reserves the right to decline or withdraw any bonus offer at its sole discretion, including where abuse or exploitation of bonus terms is suspected.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another player account under any circumstances.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days after the date of issue. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them after expiry are forfeited automatically. It is your responsibility to monitor your bonus balance and expiry dates within your account dashboard.

5.4 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward clearing a bonus. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.5 Seasonal Bangladesh Promotions

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of continued access to vb8com, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one player account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to make wagers or withdrawals that would not otherwise be possible.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse, or any other activity that distorts the integrity of a market or game outcome.
• Attempting to launder money or use vb8com for any purpose that facilitates financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vb8com support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing vb8com from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law, using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to any third party.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

vb8com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC requirements, or receipt of a self-exclusion request.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting vb8com customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method within 5 business days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour may be becoming problematic are encouraged to use vb8com's self-exclusion tools, available directly from the account dashboard. 7.3 vb8com-Initiated Closure

Where vb8com closes an account due to Terms violation or fraud, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety. Where no violation is confirmed, the verified real-money balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb8com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the vb8com platform or any services provided therein.

8.1 Service Availability

vb8com strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur. vb8com is not liable for any losses — including lost bets or missed trading opportunities — arising from platform downtime, disconnection, or technical errors.

8.2 Third-Party Games

Games and live dealer tables provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are subject to the rules and random number generation systems of those providers. vb8com is not liable for any malfunction, error, or outcome discrepancy arising within third-party game software. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with vb8com support who will liaise with the relevant provider.

8.3 Force Majeure

vb8com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet infrastructure failures, or telecommunications outages.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by the competent jurisdiction in which vb8com operates. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through vb8com's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
